Michael Sloan is one of the founding partners of the Los Angeles-based multi-family office and business management firm of WG&S, LLP. He co-manages the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as providing professional advice and high level tax planning to some of Hollywood’s most respected national and international talent artists, directors, writers, producers and management companies.

Michael Sloan began his accounting career in 1982. For the first ten years of his career, he performed financial audits, prepared tax returns, provided tax planning and business management services. From the early 1990s through the mid-2000s, Mr. Sloan was a business management partner at Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman & Sloan, LLP.

In 2008, he joined Eric Wasserman and Howard Grossman to form Wasserman, Grossman & Sloan, LLP. Mr. Wasserman and Mr. Grossman have been partners for more than 25 years. They were both founding partners of Goldman, Lichtenberg, Wasserman and Grossman. The firm focused on the entertainment industry, executives, ultra-high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurs. He has more than 30 years of tax and business management experience and has a strong background in risk mitigation.

Mr. Sloan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Association of CPAs. Mr. Sloan and his wife reside in Venice, California.
