David Lloyd is a partner with the Los Angeles-based multi-family office business management firm WG&S, LLP. He manages the financial and related business affairs of entertainers and high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Lloyd began his career in 2003 with KPMG in Los Angeles where he worked in the audit division, specializing in banking and retail clients. In 2005 Mr. Lloyd was asked to be the Lead In-Charge for the audit of the Rolling Stones’“A Bigger Bang” tour. This three year engagement opened Mr. Lloyd’s eyes to the possibility of combining his passion for music with his professional skill set.

In 2008 he joined the business management firm of Provident Financial Management to expand his knowledge and expertise.While here he acquired valuable experience with rotations in the music publishing and tax departments. In August of 2010, Mr. Lloyd was hired by NKSFB where he worked with high-profile entertainment clients including Grammy-winning recording artists, producers, talent managers, actors and record labels.

After four years at NKSFB, Mr. Lloyd moved his practice to WG&S, LLP where he and his team provide tour budgeting, expense projection, royalty review, recording and tracking. Mr. Lloyd received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
